Cristina Adell has over 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, with extensive expertise in national and international transactions, corporate operations, business acquisitions, advising boards of directors, and providing counsel in corporate disputes (challenging corporate resolutions, shareholder disputes, and liability actions).

Judit is a tax advisory specialist with a Master’s degree in the field. She has experience providing ongoing support to companies and individuals. Judit is experienced in corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), personal income tax, global mobility, and local taxes. She is also experienced in preparing tax filings and advising on procedures before the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).
Judit also has a solid financial and accounting background, derived from her degree in business administration and management, as well as her experience in general and analytical accounting, annual accounts, and insolvency proceedings. Marc is an accountant in the process of professional development with two years of experience in the accounting sector with BPV.

He has a degree in Administration and Finance, and since 2023 he has been studying Business Administration and Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

During his training he has participated in several business events, and has had the opportunity to carry out multiple projects of entrepreneurship, as well as business simulation, and financial, tax and labor advice to companies and individuals.

Esteban has over 25 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on disputes involving corporate conflicts (challenging corporate resolutions, shareholder disputes, and liability actions), commercial contracts (such as distribution and agency agreements), and, notably, disputes arising in the fields of construction, engineering, and real estate development.

He also advises companies on their day-to-day commercial contracting matters, including collaboration agreements (agency and distribution), service provision, and, especially, issues related to construction, engineering, and real estate development, as well as negotiation and conflict resolution.

Before joining BPV, he worked at Garrigues (11 years), CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo (4 years), and Deloitte Legal (11 years), where he served as Global Head of Employment, overseeing over 200 lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

For 17 years, he has been a lecturer at the Garrigues Study Centre, teaching in the Employment Law and Business Law Master’s programs.

He also led Deloitte’s ‘Committed Lawyers’ solidarity initiative, collaborating with more than 30 NGOs, foundations, and non-profit organizations through the Firm’s pro bono program.

Raül is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience, specialising in Real Estate Law, with a strong track record in providing comprehensive legal advice on transactions involving all types of real estate assets, including residential properties, commercial premises, buildings subject to horizontal and vertical property regimes, industrial units, urban and rural land, as well as estates and plots of various kinds. Her goal is to help the firm innovate by adapting to current challenges, improving efficiency and cybersecurity, and making the most of technology’s potential in an ever-evolving world.

Marta, a lawyer with 22 years of experience especialising in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance, has been responsible for the management of various departments in these specialities. In addition, she has qualified as a Compliance Officer and Compliance Expert, and has given training programs for Executive Directors and Boards of Directors. She has also taught Criminal Law and International Litigation on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ESERP. Laura is a specialist in providing comprehensive advice on acquisition operations and corporate restructuring operations (from their approach, through the performance of Due Diligence and up to their execution), as well as having extensive experience in the contractual field (including the negotiation and drafting of all types of commercial contracts).

Likewise, her area of expertise also covers the recurrent advice of commercial companies (from start-ups to family groups and multinationals), occupying the position of secretary in several of them.

A graduate in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, he has two years of experience in the specialized field of tax and accounting advice, concentrating his efforts on serving a select portfolio of Asian clients. In addition to regularly handling municipal procedures and subsidy applications, he stands out for his ability to translate frequently between Mandarin Chinese and Spanish to meet the needs of his Asian clients.

He is actively involved in various immigration-related processes, ranging from Golden Visa applications to labor and family settlement procedures, among others.

Currently, his main focus is oriented towards tax and accounting advice to large companies, especially those involved in the field of immediate information supply (SII).
